Paramount Theatre tickets & upcoming events

The Paramount Theatre in Cedar Rapids is a true gem nestled right in the heart of the city. It’s not just your average performance space, this place has a rich history of hosting everything from blockbuster film series to lively local festivals that celebrate our vibrant community. I mean, I’ve seen everything there, from classic movies that make you nostalgic to contemporary hits that get everyone buzzing. They also team up with charity events like the Cedar Rapids Dance Marathon, which helps out children’s hospitals, so it’s kind of a hub for both entertainment and good causes. The venue’s pretty versatile too; the upper level is perfect if you want to catch a show without being right in the crowd, and they really go out of their way to make it accessible for everyone. Location-wise, it’s prime time for evening outings, easy to get to and always buzzing with energy. Plus, if you’re into discovering new artists or catching big names like Colin Mochrie or Justin Willman, this theatre is where it’s happening. The seating charts are super helpful too, you can pick your perfect spot whether you want front-row excitement or a more budget-friendly seat. Honestly, I can’t recommend it enough, it’s more than just a theatre, it’s a Cedar Rapids staple that keeps us entertained and connected. Don’t miss out on the next show, it’ll be a night to remember.
